Dr. John Davies, DVM, DACVS-SA
Diplomate, American College Of Veterinary Surgeons
Dr. Davies was raised on his family’s farm in rural Ontario, Canada. He attained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, Ontario and completed his rotating internship at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He then moved to the US and completed his surgical residency at the Washington State College of Veterinary Medicine in Pullman, WA.
Dr. Davies has extensive experience with soft tissue, orthopedic and neurologic surgery and is excited to bring his skills to the Rogue Valley. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Davies teaches surgical courses to other veterinarians around the United States and has published multiple articles in scientific journals.
In his spare time, Dr. Davies enjoys spending time with his daughter and enjoying all the outdoor activities the Rogue Valley and Southern Oregon has to offer.
Cathy Ackerman - CVT
Cathy was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Southern Oregon in 2017. Kathy has always loved working with animals and worked in emergency medicine for many years before moving into speciality practice. She particularly enjoys the challenge of working in a speciality surgery practice. In her free time, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and their family.

Anya Johnson - CVT
Anya was raised in Canada and attended Olds College where she received a degree in Animal Health Science. Anya has worked in Canada and the US and recently moved to Southern Oregon with her husband, son and their feisty chihuahua named Louie.
Anya had worked in general practice, specialty neurology and surgery. She enjoys seeing patients get back to their happy regular lives after recovery! When not at work, she loves exploring the abundance of nature Oregon has to offer, trying new restaurants and puzzling at home.

Dee Lath
Dee was raised in New Zealand and after traveling the globe for a few years landed in Southern Oregon in 2019. Dee’s passion for animal wellness began early while volunteering for a local shelter. This blossomed and progressed into a full time career in veterinary medicine.
In her free time Dee loves to hike and explore Southern Oregon with her german shepherd Josey. Together they also train and compete in obedience and protection dog sports throughout the West Coast.

Stephanie Carmignani
Stephanie was born and raised in the East San Francisco Bay Area until moving to Southern Oregon in the summer of 2019.
Stephanie has worked in a wide range of fields, from dispatching, public safety emergency services, and running a coffee shop. She enjoys working with people and their pets and has many interesting stories to tell.
Stephanie loves to travel wherever she can go in her free time. Particularly trips with her family. Stephanie loves "doing whatever she can, whenever she can."
